The Witches Are In

Since Makenzee was born, we have made it a tradition in our family to go every October and see the witches at Gardner Village.


It seems like every year has a funny story to tell and this year was no different. When we arrived all three girls were sleeping in the car and we had to wake them up. Well, except Kambree, we know better than to wake up a tired two year old.


We had fun walking around taking pictures of Brynlee on her first outing with the witches.





But the real entertainment began when Kambree woke up! At first she was kind of oblivious to everything around her. She was just hanging out with her Daddy, you know, feeling secure and safe.

Then, she discovered the witches and boy was she terrified! Her whole little body shook as she screamed, "aahhh, the witch gonna get me, the witch gonna get me!"

We finally got her calmed down, we just had to keep a safe distance from all witches!

We spent the afternoon walking around, enjoying the festivities. We took a family vote to decide which "witch" we were most alike.
Burt is the POOPING WITCH!

Canesa is the CELL PHONE WITCH!

Makenzee is the BIKING WITCH!

Brynlee is the SITTING WITCH!

Kambree is the PLAYFUL WITCH!

Well, until she realized she was sitting by the witch, then she was out of there!!!

The funny thing is, she has asked to go see the witches every day since we got home!
